VROBI Sports established in 2017 is a rapidly growing Veteran owned Sporting Goods Company. We have an excellent opportunity for Director of Customer Service. A positive attitude with award winning customer service skills is a must for this role. Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customers before and after their Team Uniform/Equipment purchase communicating by email, phone and occasionally in person
- Drives revenue growth through exceptional service
- Leads support teams to maximize customer retention, identify upsell opportunities and bridge the gap between sales and post sales care.
- Align customer service strategies with revenue targets
- Recruit, train and mentor Team Account Managers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Assist with customer requests or issue escalations as needed
- Prepares Quotes and Invoices
- Works closely with Art Team and provides direction to meet customers needs
- Assist customer in sizing and developing complete roster for order
- New customer lead generation
Qualifications/Skills:
- Microsoft Office

- Communication skills
- Able to work independently or within team environment
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Sales background preferred
- Demonstrated experience handling multiple customers/projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
