Our mission is to serve our clients through trusted advice and exceptional, white-glove service. We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining talented individuals who share our client-first philosophy and bring humility, motivation, and integrity to everything they do.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and intellectually curious Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the firm’s primary principal and other leaders of the firm with the day-to-day operations and priorities of the business.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual who wants to learn and grow beyond a traditional administrative role, if desired. Working closely with the principal, you will gain firsthand exposure to financial planning, wealth management, client relationships, business operations, organizational structure, strategic planning, and the vision and growth of an entrepreneurial advisory firm.
The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to the principal—helping manage priorities, coordinate information, prepare for meetings, follow through on initiatives, and ensure that important details do not fall through the cracks.
Over time, this role has the potential to evolve as the individual develops a deeper understanding of the firm, its clients, and the wealth management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the principal, including calendar, meetings, correspondence, and travel.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Coordinate client meetings, communications, and follow-up.
- Organize confidential files, records, and client information.
- Track projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-through.
- Assist with client and business-related projects and special initiatives.
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify ways to improve organization and efficiency.
Learning & Development
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the principal and gain firsthand exposure to financial planning, wealth management, client relationships, business operations, and strategic growth.
Over time, you will have opportunities to:
- Learn the fundamentals of financial planning and wealth management.
- Participate in client meeting preparation and, as appropriate, client meetings.
- Gain exposure to investment management, retirement, estate, and tax planning.
- Learn how a wealth management firm operates and grows.
- Participate in business strategy, firm vision, and special projects.
- Take on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and skills develop.
