The Jeff Longino Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Fredericksburg. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is motivated by goals, and wants an opportunity where strong performance can directly impact their income and career growth.
You don't need to know everything about insurance on day one. We provide hands-on training and support for obtaining the required Texas insurance licenses. What we're looking for is someone who brings energy, accountability, and the desire to learn and succeed.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

What We're Looking For
Success in this position takes more than being comfortable talking to people. We're looking for someone who can stay motivated, follow through consistently, and remain confident even when a prospect says no.
You should be organized, coachable, comfortable working toward measurable sales goals, and able to communicate professionally with a variety of customers.
Licensing: Candidates must currently hold or be willing and able to obtain Texas General Lines Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses within the required timeframe.
What You'll Do
You'll help grow the agency by connecting with prospective customers, following up on leads, and identifying the insurance solutions that best fit each client's needs.
Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and following up with new business opportunities

Preparing insurance quotes and explaining coverage options

Conducting needs-based sales conversations

Closing new business and working toward monthly sales goals

Building long-term relationships with clients

Identifying cross-selling opportunities with existing customers

Assisting with basic questions regarding coverage, billing, and policy changes

Maintaining accurate and timely customer follow-up

Working closely with the agency team to meet growth and marketing goals
