Business is strong, and Summit Integrity Automotive is expanding its team to meet customer demand.
We are hiring A-, B-, and C-level automotive technicians at our Raymore location. Motivated applicants with no professional experience are also encouraged to apply for apprentice opportunities.
Experienced technicians earn $20–$45 per flagged hour, based on demonstrated skill, experience, and technician classification. Pay is issued weekly.
At Summit Integrity Automotive, technicians are expected to diagnose vehicles accurately, complete quality repairs, and take care of the customer. You will not be expected to pressure customers or recommend unnecessary work.
What You Will Do
- Diagnose vehicle concerns accurately
- Complete dependable, high-quality repairs
- Document findings and completed work
- Communicate clearly with the service team
- Maintain an organized and professional work area
- Focus on necessary repairs rather than unnecessary upselling
What You Will Not Do
- Pressure customers into repairs
- Recommend services a vehicle does not need
- Work within a high-pressure upsell culture
Compensation
- $20–$45 per flagged hour
- Flat-rate compensation
- Rate based on demonstrated ability and technician classification
- Paid weekly
