Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced, personable, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and has a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and consistency
- Provide warm, attentive service to every guest at the bar and in the dining room
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist in ordering as needed
- Collaborate with the team to uphold Cafe Farina’s service standards
- Adhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a restaurant or upscale setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be 21+ with a valid Indiana alcohol server’s permit
