Are you an enthusiastic worker with strong organizational and customer service skills? Then you could be what we are looking for in a server assistant/busser. You will work closely with our servers and help them deliver food to customers’ tables, as well as clear, clean, and reset each table with tableware to get it ready for the next party.
You’ll bring customers to their tables, address their inquiries, and alert servers when their attention is needed. You should be familiar with the menu as well as food safety rules. Attention to detail and organization are important since you’ll be regularly restocking items in the kitchen and server stations. If you have some food service experience, like working in a fast-paced setting and working closely with team members, apply for this role as soon as possible!
Responsibilities:-
Bring customers to their tables, communicate with customers regarding any special needs, and relay any issues to the waiter
- Responsible for delivering food to the table on time, making sure to ask if customers need anything more before leaving
- Serve customers water, and other beverages, bring drinks to them, and make sure all condiments are refilled and placed on the table
- Responsible for ensuring kitchen and server stations are kept fully stocked with condiments and all necessary items
- Reset tables for the next guests by clearing away dirty dishes, and setting new place settings, napkins, and silverware
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout service

Prepare and replenish garnishes, juices, syrups, and ice

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware and workstations

Collect and wash glassware, ensuring consistent availability during service

Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including opening and closing duties

Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to bartenders or management

Support bartenders during peak periods by anticipating needs and maintaining flow

Remove trash, clean spills, and ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift and carry kegs, cases, and bar supplies
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
