Located at The Docks in Toledo, The Hideaway is now hiring energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Servers to join our growing team.
We are looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and take pride in creating a great guest experience.
Hours of Operation
- Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Evening and weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, bussers, and kitchen staff
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
Requirements
- Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must have evening and weekend availability
