Jacobson Adler, LLC is currently seeking a full-time experienced tax professional to join our team. Jacobson Adler, established over 25 years ago, is a respected local CPA firm in Metairie, LA. Our clients consist mostly of small businesses and individuals.
The ideal candidate is a CPA with a minimum of 5 years of tax and accounting experience working in a public accounting firm.
Candidate will communicate and consult with our clients to offer tax and financial advice and will work closely with the partners of the firm.
Candidate will prepare and review income tax returns for individuals and small businesses. Additionally, the candidate will review general ledger accounting, payroll tax returns and sales tax returns.
This is an ideal position for a CPA looking to advance their career in public accounting.
Position requires:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Strong client rapport and project management skills. This includes ability to develop relationships with our clients.
Ability to service multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, including researching issues and using problem solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with others, including clients, staff and partners.
