Game On is a premier sports entertainment and corporate event destination featuring arcade
games, golf simulators, multi-sport simulators, darts, pool tables, birthday parties, corporate events,
private event spaces, access to 14 indoor pickleball courts, and full food and beverage service
through The Upper Court Restaurant & Cocktail Bar.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager to oversee operations, event
sales, guest experience, staffing, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will build Game
On into the region's premier destination for entertainment, corporate events, and group
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow corporate event business
- Sell team-building experiences utilizing simulators, arcade attractions, and pickleball courts
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, municipalities, nonprofits, and sports
organizations
- Manage private event sales and execution
- Oversee arcade, simulator, darts, and pool operations
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, and labor costs
- Grow memberships, group bookings, and repeat business
Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience
- Entertainment, hospitality, event venue, sports facility, hotel, restaurant, or family entertainment
center experience preferred
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Experience managing corporate events and group functions
- Proven leadership ability
