Install, Trouble-Shoot and Repair Company's Products. Provide Training for Operators and Maintenance Personnel (Travel Required)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Plan, perform, instruct and/or supervise, inspect in field installations as required by contract and in accordance with company policy.
*Review Work Order, Manuals, Blueprints and Schematic's to determine task to be performed.
*Consult with customer to discuss installation process, personnel, hardware and tooling needs.
*Operate system to demonstrate equipment and analyze for proper operation.
*Instruct and direct workers in proper operating and maintenance procedures to obtain optimum operating performance of the equipment.
*Perform trouble-shooting and repairs activities both in house as well as in the field.
*Work closely with customers and/or third party services by phone or on site to diagnose problems.
*Recommend procedures and/or obtain necessary components to alleviate problem.
*Conduct in house equipment run-offs as required to satisfy customer acceptance.
*Submit written reports.
*Communicate regularly with department managers on such matters as customer satisfaction, product performance and suggestions for product improvements.

Requirements:
- Must be able to read blueprints, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and line layouts.
- Must be proficient with Windows based applications, and software.
- Some electrical experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical, machine tool experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to manage travel arrangements without assistance.
- Ability to cover travel expenses up front (company will reimburse at completion of projects).
- Must have a valid passport, and driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to travel worldwide and work independently and manage time efficiently.
