Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great with computers? Join Quality Engineering Service of the Chippewa Valley, Inc. (QES), an established ISO 17025-accredited dimensional inspection and calibration laboratory.
We’re looking for a motivated PPAP Documentation Specialist who enjoys variety, solving problems, working with customers, and making sure the details are right.
What You'll Do
- Prepare PPAPs, inspection reports, first articles & capability studies
- Create customer-specific reports and documentation
- Communicate directly with customers and follow up on projects
- Perform data entry and manage documentation
- Work with Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe & Minitab
- Help ensure work meets QES and ISO 17025 standards
- Be an important part of our close-knit team
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of relevant experience OR an applicable degree
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, disciplined, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
