Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.

Mazak Integrex multiaxis experience

Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.

Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.

Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.

Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
-
Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
-
Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.

Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
This position will report to the CNC Supervisor and works closely with the production team members and the quality team to ensure that the parts produced meet our rigorous customer quality requirements. Interacts with all other Departments.
High School diploma or GED.
2-5 Years Previous CNC experience
Blueprint reading is a must. GD&T preferred.
Dependable and can-do attitude required.
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure a plus.
Candidate must be comfortable working in an industrial environment.
Reliable transportation to be at work at scheduled time
