Join our dynamic Quality Assurance team as a Quality Lab Technician, where your expertise will drive excellence in our laboratory processes and product integrity. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy by meticulously performing tests, analyzing data, and maintaining rigorous documentation. Responsibilities
- Conducts quality control tests and records data
- Perform Quality Control checks and recording data during the process such as but not limited to metal detector, sensory evaluation, visual inspection, laboratory analysis, etc.
- Verify completion of CCP procedures (Metal detector)
- Label verification
- Chemical concentration verification
- Post sanitation inspection
- Perform allergen, gluten, ATP and environmental swabbing
- Sampling and testing of ingredients
- Perform GMP inspection
- Perform Brittle and Hard Plastic inspection in the plant
- Reports any issues to the quality Assurance manager, QA Supervisor and/or the Production Supervisor To report any indication or evidence of potential contamination, food safety or issues related to quality during the handling, production or storage processes.
- Filing of documentation
- Report any issue related to food safety, authenticity, legality or quality to direct Supervisor or Management
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
