About SAHR Sports
SAHR Sports partners with school districts, community education programs, parks & recreation departments, YMCAs, and community organizations to deliver sports and enrichment programs for children and adults.
As we expand nationally, we are seeking Regional Growth Partners to help grow SAHR Sports in their local markets.
Position Overview
This is a flexible independent contractor opportunity that can be pursued alongside a full-time job. Many Regional Growth Partners start part-time while building partnerships and programs within their territory.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with school districts, community education programs, parks & recreation departments, YMCAs, and community organizations
- Secure new program partnerships
- Recruit and manage local coaches and instructors
- Coordinate program logistics and delivery
- Grow SAHR Sports within your territory
Qualifications
- Experience in sports, recreation, education, community programming, business development, or partnership development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Existing local connections are a plus
Compensation
This is a revenue-share independent contractor position with significant earning potential based on territory growth and program success. Compensation is directly tied to the partnerships and programs you help build within your market.
