Job Overview
As a Liquid Filling Line Operator, you’ll help run daily bottling and packaging operations on a semi-auto conveyor line. You’ll rotate through key stations (loading, capping, packaging, labeling, QC) while monitoring the line to keep production running smoothly, safely, and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor a semi-auto liquid filling conveyor line in a team of two (rotating duties)
- Cap bottles as they are filled and maintain smooth flow through the line
- Load empty bottles onto the line/turntable to support consistent throughput
- Remove filled bottles from the end turntable and package into cartons
- Apply carton labels and verify correct labeling/product identification
- Perform periodic quality checks, including weighing bottles for fill accuracy and making adjustments as needed
- Watch for issues (jams, misfeeds, label problems), stop the line when needed, and make safe corrections
- Support label changeovers, basic setup/changeover tasks, and end-of-run cleanup
- Use common packaging tools and equipment: pallet jack, tape gun, box cutters, stretch wrap
- Build and stretch-wrap pallets of finished product for staging/shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety/PPE and quality procedures

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience (helpful, but we will train)
- Prior packaging line / bottling / production experience is a plus

- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Physical Requirements
- 100% standing during the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (most cartons are 10–15 lbs)
- Repetitive motion and fast-paced line work
