Customer Service Specialist

Two Sisters Maid to Clean is looking for a real-life customer service hero: someone friendly, dependable, organized, and genuinely motivated to help people. You’ll answer client calls, emails, and texts, provide accurate information, document conversations, and make sure questions reach the right team member.
This is a focused customer service position.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages professionally and courteously
- Help clients with routine questions about services, appointments, and company policies
- Listen to client questions or concerns, document the details, and route them to the appropriate team member
- Keep clients informed when additional follow-up is needed
- Maintain accurate client information and conversation notes in the CRM
- Coordinate with the operations team to provide clients with accurate information
- Follow established customer service and communication procedures
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- A friendly, patient, and service-focused approach
- Strong listening skills, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfort using phones, email, text messaging, and computer systems
- Experience with Google Workspace or a CRM is helpful
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work on-site in Murfreesboro Monday through Friday
