Direct Sales Associate – Fleuromoa Fragrances
Pay: $18–$25 per hour. In addition of a commission bonus

Fleuromoa is a growing custom fragrance company specializing in personalized perfumes, body oils, and scent experiences. We help customers discover fragrances that match their personality and style through engaging, one-on-one consultations.
Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and motivated Direct Sales Associates who enjoy connecting with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on actively engaging shoppers, demonstrating products, and converting conversations into sales.
Responsibilities
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct fragrance consultations to identify customer preferences
- Educate customers on our perfumes, body oils, and custom fragrance options
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive kiosk/store environment
- Assist with inventory management and product restocking
Qualifications
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or direct sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for fragrances, beauty, or luxury products is a plus
