Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Line/Prep Cook to to join our awesome crew, full-time or part-time positions are available. Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturdays. This role is essential for ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role food preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
- Utilize proper knife skills for meal preparation while adhering to safety protocols
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Must be able to obtain a food handlers license within 30 days of hiring.
- Must have reliable transportation.
