Job Description – Pooper Scooper Technician Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Pooper Scooper Technician to join our growing team. This role involves cleaning pet waste from residential and commercial properties, maintaining a clean route schedule, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and working independently.
Responsibilities
- Remove pet waste from customer yards and designated areas
- Dispose of waste properly and sanitize tools/equipment
- Follow daily route schedule efficiently and on time
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Inspect gates/fences and ensure pets remain secure
- Report any service issues, hazards, or customer concerns
- Maintain clean company vehicle and equipment
- Take before/after photos when required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work daily
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable around dogs and other pets
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior route/service industry experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience working independently
