Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and purpose-driven Learning Coach to spark curiosity, build confidence, and make a lasting impact in the lives of young learners. This is not a traditional teaching role; it’s an opportunity to guide children as they explore, create, and grow into who God created them to be!
At Cultivate Studios, our learners are full of wonder, big questions, and growing independence. As a Learning Coach, you will facilitate meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that inspire creativity, nurture confidence, and foster a love of learning in a Christ-centered environment. Responsibilities
Guide learners through hands-on, play-based, and project-based experiences rather than traditional lecture-style teaching
Create engaging, meaningful learning opportunities that spark curiosity and encourage active participation
Build confidence in each learner by recognizing strengths, encouraging growth, and fostering independence
Cultivate a joyful, safe, and personalized learning environment where children feel seen and valued
Model Christ-centered values through patience, kindness, and intentional relationships
Support both individual and group learning experiences tailored to developmental needs
Collaborate with team members and families to support each child’s growth and progress
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving through daily activities
Requirements
A genuine love for working with children and an appreciation for their energy, curiosity, and imagination
Ability to think outside the box and move beyond traditional classroom methods
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both children and adults
A passion for making a meaningful impact, not just managing a classroom
Experience working with children in educational, childcare, or similar settings (preferred)
Alignment with a Christ-centered environment and values
Flexibility and creativity in adapting to different learning styles and needs
