Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Workers to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Take orders and efficiently operate a cash register.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down food truck and takeout operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including food truck, FOH, and kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary.
Qualifications
- Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in fine dining, restaurant service, or catering is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Experience in food preparation and handling, with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 10-15 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in extreme temperature environments.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
