We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Apartment/Building Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of apartment homes, common areas, leasing offices, and community amenities to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare vacant apartment units for new resident move-ins.
- Perform routine cleaning of hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, clubhouses, fitness centers, offices, and other common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, windows, and fixtures.
- Remove trash and debris from common areas and grounds.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior residential, apartment, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
