FreeForm Chiropractic Dallas is a modern, patient-centered chiropractic clinic focused on helping people move better, heal naturally, and stay active for life.
We do not rush patients and we do not simply treat symptoms. Our mission is to identify and correct the root cause of problems such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, posture issues, and nerve irritation so patients can return to doing the activities they love.
We've opened a brand-new clinic in North Dallas and are looking for the right person to grow with us from day one. This is a small team environment where your work truly matters and your effort directly impacts the success of the clinic and the experience of every patient who walks through the door.
This is not just a front desk job.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role inside a fast-growing healthcare office.
The Role
As our Patient Care Coordinator and Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and a key part of daily clinic operations. You will work directly with the doctor and help guide patients from their first phone call through their care plan.
You will help create a welcoming and organized environment while assisting with patient flow, therapy procedures, and communication.
This role is designed to grow into a leadership position as the clinic expands.
Primary Responsibilities
Patient Communication & Scheduling
- Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
- Speak with new patient leads and confidently help them schedule appointments
- Explain what patients can expect on their first visit
- Follow up with patients who have questions or need assistance scheduling
- Maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule
Front Office Operations
- Greet and check in patients
- Process payments and appointment checkouts
- Assist patients with intake forms
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
Patient Care Support
- Prepare treatment rooms and therapy equipment
- Assist patients through therapy stations and basic procedures (training provided)
- Provide simple exercise and care instructions
- Support the doctor during examinations and daily patient flow
Community Outreach & Marketing
- Assist with clinic marketing efforts
- Participate in community health fairs and outreach events (approximately two weekends per month)
- Represent the clinic professionally when interacting with the public
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone dependable, positive, and comfortable talking with people. Many patients calling the office are in pain or unsure what to expect. Your ability to communicate clearly and make them feel at ease is extremely important.

No chiropractic experience is required. We will train you thoroughly.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Participation in community events and health fairs will be required approximately two weekends per month.
Compensation & Growth
Starting pay: $18/hour during the initial training period
Increase to $20-22/hour after successful completion of the 90-day training and onboarding program
Additional raises and bonus opportunities available based on reliability, leadership, and contribution to clinic operations
