Community Outreach & Sales Representative — Medicaid Screening
Job description
Care Circles Network is hiring outgoing, results-driven Community Outreach & Sales Representatives to connect eligible Medicaid members with potential social-care supports, including nutrition, transportation, utility assistance, home remediation, and more. This is a field-based W-2 role serving the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.

Pay: $17.00/hour base pay plus uncapped commission for completed work.

Sales-focused field work: Start conversations, build trust quickly, explain the value of a voluntary Medicaid screening, handle hesitation respectfully, and convert interest into completed screenings.

Performance: Work toward measurable daily results, including a baseline goal of approximately one completed screening per hour.
•
Experience: Prior sales, canvassing, customer acquisition, lead generation, brand ambassador, fundraising, customer service, or community-outreach experience is strongly preferred. We value confidence, persistence, follow-up, and the ability to communicate without being pushy.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities; afternoon, early-evening, and Sunday shifts may be available. Saturday shifts are generally not scheduled.

Training and tools: Paid one-week training, organization-issued tablet, field materials, and coaching provided.

Requirements: Strong English communication, reliable attendance, comfort working at events and outreach sites, and ability to travel to local assigned locations. Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, or Bengali language ability is a major plus, but English-only candidates are welcome. Successful completion of a background check is required.
