A local State Farm Insurance Agency is looking for a driven, licensed insurance sales professional who knows how to generate opportunities, follow up with urgency, and close business. This is a remote sales role for someone with 2+ years of insurance sales experience who wants base pay, commission upside, and a schedule that does not include nights or weekends.
This position is built for a producer — someone who is comfortable making calls, creating conversations, asking for the sale, and staying consistent until the deal is done.
You will work remotely from your home or private office/workspace using phone, email, and daily follow-up to sell insurance and financial products, build referral relationships, and help grow the agency.
What You Can Earn
$35,000 - $45,000 ANNUAL BASE PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
BASE PAY IS DETERMINED BY INTERVIEW & BACKGROUND
$52,000-$85,000 TOTAL COMPENSATION WITH COMMISSION IF YOU CAN BE COACHED

What You Need
PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE SALES LICENSE REQUIRED!
2 OR MORE YEARS OF PREVIOUS INSURANCE SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
NO NEED TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF 3-6 MONTHS AT MULTIPLE JOBS
Must be competitive, organized, focused, and efficient
Must be self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
Strong PC skills required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be comfortable prospecting, presenting, handling objections, and closing
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK REMOTE FROM HOME OR YOUR OWN PRIVATE OFFICE/WORK SPACE!
