The FSU College of Nursing is seeking to hire collaborative educators to teach in our in-person, on-campus, Simulation-focused program, based in Tallahassee, Florida (FL). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide lab, clinical nursing, and simulation instruction.

Promote student success through highly engaged teaching.

Participate in planning, organizing, and developing curriculum.

Supervise, evaluate, and mentor students.

Appropriately document student progress in clinical sessions.

Participate in and meaningfully contribute to departmental and team meetings.

Provide academic service and educational excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.

Other duties as assigned.
These roles center around simulation-based nursing education, supporting the undergraduate program through experiential learning, skills development and clinical reasoning. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with faculty and staff to design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality simulation experiences that align with program outcomes and accreditation standards.
Faculty may contribute to simulation curriculum development, student assessment and feedback, educational innovation, experiential learning initiatives, faculty development, educational technology integration, simulation operations, and accreditation-related efforts.
