Customer Service Specialist – Auto Lending
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Pay: $23–$26/hour
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid after 5-6 months
We are hiring Customer Service Specialists to join a growing team in the auto lending sector. This position is focused on providing high-quality phone support to dealership partners, credit unions, and borrowers throughout the auto loan process.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service or call center background who wants to gain experience in lending and financial services. Previous banking, credit union, dealership, or lending experience is a plus but not required.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound customer service calls from auto dealerships, credit unions, and borrowers.
- Answer questions regarding loan applications, processing, documentation, and funding status.
- Research issues and provide clear, accurate updates to customers and business partners.
- Help dealership partners navigate the lending process and resolve outstanding items.
- Make outbound calls when additional information or documentation is needed.
- Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up on missing documents and outstanding requirements.
- Document conversations and activity accurately within internal systems.
- Handle escalated customer situations professionally and work toward resolution.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service or call center experience.
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research answers independently.
- Willingness to learn new systems and the auto lending process.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with banking, credit unions, auto dealerships, loan processing, loan origination, or financial services is highly preferred.
Training & Career Growth
You'll receive hands-on training and shadowing to learn the auto lending process and become comfortable handling customer and partner inquiries independently.
This position also provides an opportunity to build a broader understanding of lending, with potential long-term career paths into areas such as loan processing, underwriting, implementation, and leadership.
Schedule
This position works Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 11:30 AM–8:00 PM. Saturday availability is required.
The position is 100% onsite in Greenwood Village, CO to start, then Hybrid (2 days work from home)
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
