Requirements:
- Active NY LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
- 1 year+ recent LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse experience
- 1 year+ recent LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse experience in a LTC Long Term Care setting.
- BLS (AHA) before first shift
