We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.
Responsibilities
- Lead rigging crews
- Execute lift plans
- Heavy equipment hoisting
- Load chart verification
- Signal crane operators
- Material coordination
- Job site cleanup
- Safety audits & JHAs
- Equipment inspections
- Read blueprints/specs
- Load movement control
- Team communication
- Record work progress
- Assist other trades
Requirements
- Background check
- Drug screen
- Rigger II certification
- NCCCO crane certification
- Lockout/tagout (LOTO)
