Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote regenerative medicine products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits and applications of regenerative therapies.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support long-term partnerships.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using organizational tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, especially in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively present complex product information.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a focus on account management and customer service.
- Technical sales experience involving product demos and understanding of regenerative medicine or related fields is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and foster collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency in analysis skills for assessing market data and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
