Overview:
The Winchester Institute for Real Estate Development – a joint program between the Harbert College of Business and the College of Architecture, Design and Construction is currently seeking an individual to coordinate the planning, implementation, and organization of special events and programs designed to increase engagement, heighten awareness, and enrich a continuing relationship with the program’s stakeholders, which includes alumni, donors, students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities:
The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:

Support in planning and organizing internal and external meetings, programs, events, and conferences

Communicating with stakeholders face to face, virtually, through email or phone

Creating and maintaining record of contacts and constituents. Building relationships by developing and promoting interaction between The Institute, business/industry partners, alumni, faculty, staff and students

Organizing and scheduling meetings

Administrative support, data entry, office/event research, logistics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree

Valid Driver’s license

Pay Range: USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
