Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mid-State Heating and Air. In this role, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance and repairs of heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose issues with heating and cooling units using schematics and technical knowledge.
- Provide preventative maintenance services to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment repair, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass background and drug test.
- Must have EPA certification and your own tools.
