We are seeking skilled and reliable Plumbers with experience in new residential construction to join our team. Minimum 2 years residential plumbing experience required, 5 years is a plus. Must be able to work independent. Starting pay and pay increases are based off experience and performance.
We are also seeking Apprentice Plumber's , pay is based off experience must have knowledge in plumbing, ability to use common plumbing tools and perform plumbing tasks with limited supervision. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic required. Must be dependable, punctual and ready to learn and grow with in the trade. This is not an entry level position. Applicant's MUST have previous plumbing experience or be currently working toward a plumbing apprenticeship.

Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble and install plumbing components.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for installation or removal of plumbing fixtures.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes while working on construction sites.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
Qualifications
Journeyman/Experienced Plumber
- Minimum 2 yrs. Journey man, 5 years is a plus.
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to plumbing work.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with plumbing installations.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Company vehicle is granted after 90 day probation period
Apprentice Plumber
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to plumbing work.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with plumbing installations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have Reliable Transportation to and from the job, basic tools are a must.
- Must be dependable, willing to learn, punctual & professional.
