Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 / hour (Based on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to run our daily operations out of the Hanover/Anne Arundel County area. You will manage a 2–4 person crew, and ensure jobs are completed safely, on budget, and on schedule.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:
* Minimum 2-3 years of professional landscaping experience in a leadership or foreman role.
* Advanced operation of commercial zero-turn mowers (Scag, Exmark, Toro).
* Expert-level handling of commercial line trimmers, edgers, hedge clippers, and blowers.
* Experience operating landscaping machinery is highly preferred.
* Ability to safely back up and maneuver a truck and commercial trailer setup.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Form I-9 required).
* Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
* Must be able to pass a background check for commercial driving purposes.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred but not required.
