Amenity Center Attendant - Part time 20 to 24 hours weekly

Primary Responsibilities Include:
· Open/Close Amenity Center Facility
· Ensure Only Resident Use of Facilities
· Monitor Resident Use of Amenity Center
· Monitor Resident Use of Pool Area
· Monitor Resident Use of Fitness Room
· Monitor Resident Use of Playground
· Ensure Cleanliness of Facilities
· Enforce District Policies
· Issuing Access Cards
· Special Event Support
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong organizational and communication skills. Occasional weekends and holidays may be required.
