Position Snapshot
We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable individual who is passionate about cannabis culture and is willing to work in a budtender role that incorporates experiences based on store needs.

- Educate customers about cannabis effects and upsell products and packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and work area.
- Engage with customers and offer personalized recommendations.
- Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older
- Knowledge of cannabis products and local regulations is a plus.
- Strong customer service and selling skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Cash handling experience and comfort working with technology and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Upsell effectively.

- Self-motivated with a healthy curiosity and willingness to continuously learn.
