RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Answer phones assisting customers with their immediate need.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Recognize gaps in insurance coverage and pivot to ways to fill gaps. You will be very comprehensively trained to understand all products features and benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Open minded with a desire to continuously grow within the Agency.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- A drive to help all customers to be properly insured and be a team member that is very comfortable in guiding customers to opportunities that resolve gaps in insurance coverages.
- Must be able to acquire Property and Casualty insurance license
