Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm, energetic attitude and assist them in purchasing tickets for various events or attractions
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts while maintaining balanced cash drawers
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions about event details, seating options, and venue amenities
- Handle conflicts or complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly
- Support event management by coordinating ticket sales during busy periods and assisting with crowd control when needed
