JOB SUMMARY
Incap Electronics US is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant I to support accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, inventory reporting, and month-end activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Accounts Payables Process
- Invoice reconciliation and entry
- Prepare weekly AP batches for Director of Finance to review
- Assist with supplier statements of account and invoice issues
- Maintain Accounts Receivable Process
- Enter customer purchase orders
- Generate and send customer invoices
- Process cash receipts, including checks and ACH
- Reconcile customer AR Aging and follow up on past due accounts
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Update month-end sales reports
- Ensure Accurate Inventory Management
- Daily inventory adjustments and stock count reconciliations
- Generate monthly and weekly inventory reports
- Perform year-end inventory count and assist Sr. Accountant with analysis
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Generate and enter PPV and standard cost reports
- Verify recurring AP entries
- Generate commission reports for sales reps
- Assist Human Resources department with various tasks including data entry, benefits enrollment changes, backup payroll processing, and various tasks involving a high level of confidentiality
- Perform related duties as required or assigned within the job classification
SKILLS, ABILITIES, & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Manufacturing or inventory accounting experience

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, filing, and handling documents
- Occasionally bend, reach, and move within an office environment
- Lift and carry office supplies, files, or documents up to 10 pounds as needed
