Lets Go Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Independent Contractor Drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation for seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and families throughout the Greater Richmond and Tri-Cities communities.

Position Details
- Position: Independent Contractor Driver
- Status: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Schedule: As needed/Part-time
- Compensation: $15.00 per hour
- Paid from the time you depart for client pickup until the trip is complete, including wait time for appointments of two hours or less.
- Drivers will operate a Lets Go Services vehicle while providing transportation services.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations.
- Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
- Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate customer service.
- Ensure clients arrive safely and on time.
- Maintain communication with the Lets Go Services office regarding trip updates.
- Keep the assigned Lets Go Services vehicle clean, safe, and in good working condition.
- Accurately maintain trip documentation, including odometer readings, mileage logs, trip details, and fuel receipts/records as required.
- Submit all required trip documentation in a timely manner.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must meet the eligibility requirements to be insured under the Lets Go Services commercial auto insurance policy
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to assist passengers with light mobility needs.
- Ability to accurately complete trip logs and required documentation.
- Basic computer or smartphone skills for communication and submitting trip information.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience working with seniors, veterans, or individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
