We are a consulting firm based in Marlton, NJ, that is hiring a Wireless Enrollment Associate to support customer enrollment and service campaigns for major telecommunications providers. As a Wireless Enrollment Associate, you will work directly with customers to explain services, complete enrollments, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Wireless Enrollment Associate
- Speak directly with customers to explain wireless services and complete sales enrollments
- Answer customer sales questions and provide clear information about service plans and promotions
- Deliver a professional and positive customer service experience
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer enrollment records and account updates
- Work with team members during training and daily team meetings
- Meet weekly sales and customer enrollment goals
Qualifications for a Wireless Enrollment Associate
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred
- Prior Wireless Enrollment Associate experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment
