Job Description
As a Welder/Mechanic at Delval Equipment, you'll perform code welding, mechanical repairs, and preventive maintenance on high-pressure and low-pressure boiler systems for hospitals, schools, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and industrial facilities. This role is built for someone with hands-on pipe and vessel welding experience who takes safety seriously and can work effectively both independently and as part of a field team. We are hiring for all locations in the Mid-Atlantic: Valley Forge, Lebanon, and Washington, PA, and Sykesville and Easton, MD.

What You'll Do
- Perform Stick and MIG, and Tig welding on piping, boiler tubes, pressurized and unpressurized vessels. tanks, and pressure vessels.
- Conduct welding repairs on high-pressure and low-pressure boilers.
- Perform mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and emergency service support.
- Handle piping repairs, refractory work, pipe threading, and basic electrical tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain safety protocols and organized work areas.
- Travel daily to customer sites throughout the region.
What You'll Bring
- 1-2+ years of pipe or vessel welding experience, stick welding proficiency required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with MIG, pipe fitting, refractory work, or basic electrical tasks is a plus.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting 50-75 lbs and working in varied positions and environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical school preferred.
Pay: $27.00 - $48.00 per hour
