Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HCM/Payroll Business Development Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of Payroll/HCM/HRIS technology and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the B2B space. This role offers an exciting opportunity to promote our industry-leading solutions to prospective clients and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify leads through various sales methods such as B2B networking, cold calling, attending networking events, and other lead generation activities.

Manage pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets.

Furthering relationships through active community involvement.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our HRIS solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.

Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and pricing packages tailored to the client's specific needs.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with activity management through HubSpot.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position our solutions in the market.

Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications:

Two + years of similar experience with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in HRIS or related technology solutions.

Sales process and pipeline management experience required.

Strong organization and time management skills required.

Understanding of Payroll/HCM/HRIS technology and its application in improving HR processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.

Prior experience in selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions is a plus.
