TITLE: Part-time Accounting / Administrative Assistant:
Location: Casper, WY
MOA Architecture is looking for a part-time Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is essential for the day-to-day operations of the office. Our firm has provided architectural design services in the Rocky Mountain region for over 44 years with offices in Wyoming and Colorado. We work collaboratively across multiple market sectors including education, healthcare, commercial office, industrial, science and tech, and civic design. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting
- · Record daily transactions, which include accounts payable and accounts receivable
- · Assist Finance team with corporate credit card reconciliation
- · Assist Finance team with the preparation of financial reports and documents
- · Digital filing and organization of financial documents
- · Assist with the financial correspondence
Administrative
- · Manage office, including processing incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining office supplies
- · Responding to general information requests through mail and email
- · Manage the calendars of the Executive Leadership Team, including the coordination of internal and external appointments, events, and out-of-town travel.
- · Prepare written communications on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team.
- · Assist with compiling Specifications (Previous specification compilation is not)
- · Take on special projects assigned by Executive Leadership Team.
- POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- · Associate’s degree, relevant coursework, or equivalent experience (Architecture/Engineering industry experience a plus)
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Resourceful and flexible team player
- · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- · Must demonstrate integrity and the ability to handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion
- · Strong computer skills, especially pertaining to Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to learn new software systems
- · In-office presence 20-25 hours per week - Might require more time some weeks and some travel.
Compensation equivalent with experience and capabilities: $25.00-35.00 an hour
