The perfect candidate will possess these qualities:
- Focus on sales results with determination to convert leads and prospects into closed clients
- Excellent communication
- Extremely outgoing and positive attitude
- Ability to self-motivate toward results
- Persistence in overcoming objections
- Ability to maximize time effectively to facilitate a large volume of talk time, texting, and emailing potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle hot and warm transfers from Ladera provided marketing balanced with outbound calls to non-contacted leads
- Database management including updating customer information in Ladera’s Lender for Life Program
- Generating potential interest in purchase or refinance opportunities via referral partners
Experience:
· NMLS (5+ States including CA within Ladera Lending’s footprint)
· 3 years Call Center Sales (Consumer Direct)
Pay Range:
Base hourly + 100k to 500k in commissions when performing

Pay: Up to $500,000.00 per year
