The Mission of the Financial Services Specialist
You are the agency’s expert on long-term wealth and retirement strategies. Your mission is two-fold:
- Strategic Acquisition: You will proactively market to individuals and businesses, identifying opportunities for personal and company-level retirement plans (401ks, IRAs, and more).
- Holistic Stewardship: You will serve our existing investment clients through meticulous reviews and adjustments, while also identifying cross-sell opportunities within our deep roster of insurance clients who don’t yet have their investments with us.

- Relational Intelligence: You must have the acumen to lead \"kitchen table\" or \"boardroom\" conversations. You can move seamlessly from a technical discussion about securities to a heartfelt talk about a client’s retirement goals.

- Rapid & Precise Decision Making: In the world of securities, conditions change quickly. You must be comfortable making confident recommendations based on market data and the client’s best interest.
