The list of Duties and Responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
- Learn to spray coat fiberglass product needing in-house painting, with a trainer present.
- Learn the preventive maintenance of the spray booth.
- Learn what supplies and replacement parts are necessary for day-to-day operations of the paint booth.
- Learn to perform other miscellaneous painting duties as needed and keep spray booth area neat and clean.
- Collect data, as trained, to assist in quality control, scrap identification or any other continuous improvement project.
- When time allows, assist in any area of the Assembly Department needing help or backup.
- Assist in taking inventories as needed.
- Work overtime as business needs require.
- Perform other duties as assigned and directed.
- Comply with Strongwell guidelines, rules, and procedures as contained in the Employee Handbook and miscellaneous memos.
