Everything else is downstream of that.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing lead generation activities
- Overseeing phone room operations
- Supervising canvassing leadership
- Coordinating shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
- Driving appointment generation
- Recruiting and developing marketing personnel
- Creating a culture of accountability and performance
- Monitoring key performance metrics
- Helping maintain a full sales board every day

- Rehash campaigns
- Referral programs
- Previous customer sales

- Modernize
- Digital advertising
- PPC campaigns

CompensationBase Salary
$52,000 per year
Performance Bonus
Monthly bonus opportunities based upon Net-In-Production (NIP).
Current bonus structure:
- Band 1: $450,000.00 - $599,999.99 0.50%
- Band 2: $600,000.00 - $749,999.99 0.75%
- Band 3: $750,000.00 - $899,999.99 1.00%
- Band 4: $900,000.00 - $1,049,999.99 1.25%
- Band 5: 1,200,000.00+ $1.50%
Top performers have opportunity to double base salary.
