As a Customer Service / Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact when emergency alarms activate. Whether it’s a break-in, fire, or medical emergency, your quick thinking and calm communication will help get people the help they need.
This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or anyone with a background in retail, hospitality, or any customer service role who’s looking for a meaningful, stable, and rewarding career.
Shifts available: 1st shift (7am-3pm) 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
Please note: Paid training for this position will start on Monday August 31st, 2026. Training is a total of 8 weeks, scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:30pm. Please ensure your availability aligns with these requirements before applying.
What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to emergency alarm signals and follow protocols to verify incidents
- Contact appropriate emergency responders (police, fire, EMS)
- Stay calm, clear, and compassionate in high-pressure situations
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience (any industry)
- Computer literacy and ability to multitask
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
- The ability to sit for extended periods of time

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
The pay range for this role is $20- $24 an hour. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
