We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team. This role offers flexible scheduling while helping residents regain independence and improve daily function.
Position Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist

Assist residents with activities of daily living, upper extremity function, balance, coordination, and functional mobility

Implement individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT

Monitor resident performance and communicate progress to the therapy team

Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support resident goals

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:
